Comrades,

Just a reminder about the coaching day on Sunday 5 April at the Tolga Reserve. Yvonne and Barry Mullins from ANQ will be here to specifically coach crouch starts, hurdles and running (Yvonne) and throws (Barry). Local coaches from Tableland Athletics will cover jumps (horizontal and vertical). At the end of the day a fun relay is run. Blasts off at 11.00am and finishes 3.30-4.00pm, BBQ lunch available.

Let us know by Monday 30 March if any member is interested. Remember, this is free coaching.

Also, the Officials course will be run at CSIRO in Atherton on 30-31 May. Thinking of organising cost to include catered lunch and rule book. Anyone needing help with accommodation, let Penny know on 40954728. Let Penny or Chris know about intention to attend course so we can advise ANQ of number of books to bring.
